Over his career, Tom D’Alesandro has led development for more than 11 million square feet of retail, office, commercial and hospitality projects across 15 states and overseas, totaling nearly $3 Billion in development value. He has supervised the planning and development of high rise residential towers in Virginia, Massachusetts and Hawaii.
Two of his projects — The Woodlands (Houston) and Reston Town Center (Virginia) — are among the most successful and popular master-planned, mixed-use regional destinations in the country.
Tom has overseen the development of several of the nation’s largest mixed-use communities. In addition to The Woodlands (28,500 acres) and Reston (7,400 acres), he has supervised operations at Summerlin, Nevada (23,000 acres) and Columbia, Maryland (10,000 acres).
