Preston Road Pharmacy has gone downhill since the new take over. The pharmacy doesn’t understand how to run the insurance. The other issue is they change name Viagra medicine to the generic brand (Sildenafil) without permission. Spent 1 hour for nothing. On top of that, they have this sign for handicap pick up, and the workers at the pharmacy didn’t even know they had one and refused to serve me.

The store part of this location is really nice, but the pharmacy is horrible. I’ve used it on three separate occasions and had issues with each visit. The absolute worst service around. I hate being told Viagra pills would be ready in an hour. I show up two hours later, and it’s not ready. Then I was told it would be ready in yet another hour. So I go home, have dinner, return to Walgreens, and the pills still weren’t ready. They were ready for the NEXT afternoon.

If I could give a negative 10, I would. We changed my sister’s prescriptions to Kroger in Montgomery over a year ago. The hospital made an error & sent prescriptions here again. She gets a call that they are ready, sit in line outside over 25 minutes, gets up there & they are $145. She had Medicaid previously & all at no charge. She is on disability. Now that she is 65, she has both Medicaid & Medicare. How do you go from 0 to 145? They had NO idea! After 10 minutes waiting, they have to re-enter all 6 and asked me to come inside to speed up the outside line. Was I ticked? Heck yes. I waited while they helped others patiently. Went inside, had to wait another 10 minutes to he helped. After an HOUR inside & out, then come back with $5.40 & 1 her insurance wouldn’t cover, but it did cover in the past many times!! Nebulizer medicine. They covered the nebulizer. Crazy. This store had 1 pharmacist & 1 student doing on the job training it seemed. 2 other employees may have been high school. Rude as the adults that were there previously! Never again. They need an attitude adjustment NOW!!! Thank goodness for Kroger in Montgomery.

Cedra Pharmacy is so slow, doesn’t acknowledge you when you in line, have some or part of your medication, not filled on time.

ED Means has a nice store with pleasant staff. I had gone in to buy generic Viagra online from https://edmeans.com/generic-viagra/. After they told me that they didn’t accept my insurance, they transferred my prescription here. It was thoughtful of them, and when I got to them, MY PRESCRIPTION WAS ready.

I really like this place. But one suggestion to the staff no matter how mean or difficult you think a customer may be or if a customer may have bothered you before they got into the store it’s not good to gossip in front of a sad customer at least take it away from the prying eyes and ears of other customers and from the one you’re talking about.

Avita Pharmacy hung up on me twice in a row. Very rude behind the pharmacy. Messed up a Viagra prescription, causing a 24hr delay in my medication.

What the heck one has to wait about 20 minutes just to pick up a prescription at the drive-thru after being told I’d be ready in an hour, SERIOUSLY HORRIBLE!
